Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 Oct 2026
Acceptance of the terms
These terms govern the use of the Discord Bot bot and its dashboard (the “service”). By signing in to the dashboard or adding the bot to a server, you accept these terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
The service is free and non-commercial. It is provided by a private individual — the operator, whose contact details are at the end of this page. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
The bot runs on the Discord platform, so you must also follow the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines.
Who can use the service
You can use the service if you have reached the age from which Discord allows its service to be used in your country. The dashboard is available to server owners and to members with the Administrator or Manage Server permission on servers where the bot is installed.
Duties of server administrators
- You are responsible for everything the bot publishes and sends on your server according to your settings: posts, command replies, the persona and files.
- What you publish must be lawful, comply with the Discord rules and suit your server's audience. Adults-only material is permitted only in channels with Discord's age restriction.
- Tell the members of your server, for example in the server rules, that the bot reads messages to reply to commands and whether the command usage log is on.
- Do not put personal data of other people in posts and commands without a lawful basis.
What is prohibited
The following is prohibited through the service:
- publishing unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, harassment, fraud, malicious files and links;
- sending spam and abusing mentions;
- infringing the rights of other people, including copyright and the right to personal data protection;
- circumventing the limits of the service and Discord, creating excessive load, and looking for and exploiting vulnerabilities — report any vulnerability you find to us;
- collecting data about server members.
Moderation and reports
We do not review content in advance. Anyone can report unlawful content or a violation of these terms — the procedure is described on the Contact page. We handle every notice in a timely, diligent and objective manner; the decisions are made by the operator, and no automated means are used for this.
In case of a violation we may remove the server's data from the service, disconnect the bot from the server and report the violation to Discord, and, if the law requires it, to public authorities. As a rule, we first ask the server administrators to fix the violation themselves.
We tell the person affected by a decision the reasons for it, if we know how to contact them, and we consider their objection if they disagree with the decision. We tell the person who sent a notice about the decision taken.
Availability of the service
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Publishing posts and replying to commands depend on Discord and may be delayed or fail. We may change the service, suspend it temporarily or discontinue it; we will try to announce a discontinuation in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits and loss of data related to the use of the service or to Discord outages. This does not limit liability for intent and gross negligence, or rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending the use
You can stop using the service at any time: remove the bot from your server and revoke the dashboard's access in your Discord settings. What happens to the data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may block access to the service if these terms are violated.
Changes to the terms
When the terms change, we update the revision date at the top of the page. We announce significant changes on the dashboard website at least 14 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the service after that date, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state where the operator resides. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
